Eb Games and release date

I just called my local ebgames store to ask what list i was on for the xbox 360 and they said the frist and so then i asked them do u know when its coming out they said in there computer it says that the games and the 360 is going to be out on Nov,1st or 2nd and i asked how many 360's are you going to be getting and they said well at frist we where getting only 12 and now we are getting 24.....has anybody heard the same has me??

well i called ebgames and they said the same thing too
and i think walmart too.

It is hard to gauge how many each retailor will be alloted on ship date. I would guess that each store will be getting around 25 on ship date. The bad part is that many people that have reserved a 360 might not get their unit on ship date. The positive is that there is already a great demand for the unit.
