demo takes soooooo long to download!!!!!

hey guys . i finally got my xbox 360 without getting in the crowds

i went to the store after one hour and i found a core system.....found a hard desk on other store. the system seem to be gooooooood "first xbox experience in my life" and enjoying it.

but why the demos are so slow to download...i have a fast broadband connection the same size "usually 500mg" takes me less than 1 and half hour. but with the xbox360 it's now over 2 hours and 42%

Ha Ha, I wish i knew how long it took to download demos, I would wait 4 or 5 hours, as long as i had a system to download to.

its not just your download limit that determines the speed its also the person/site your downloading off's upload limit. the live service could restrict this as not to slow down the server.

Hmph. I'm waiting until I move in January to get my broadband connection, but I didn't think it would be like that to download stuff.

who knows I downloaded 3 demos in less than 30 minutes, sounds like your connections suck lol sorry guys

the problem seems to be in my connection!! but it's worth it and no problems with the system so far..

i download demos cuz i'm waiting for the games to arrive "i ordered an english games cus in where i work in switzerland the only have french versions of the games".

as all of you should know the speed of servers depends on a lot of different aspects......anyway.... anything more than 1 hour is ridiculous.... the problem seems more likely to be your internet connections rather than a server problem.....my download only took about 20 mins and my friend who has dsl only took about an hour.....
