Exclamation Launch date accidentally announced
M$ accidentally announced the launch date.

xbox 360 News - According to a slip-up on the Microsoft Partner site, Microsoft (by mistake) has announced (and quickly removed the infomation) the launch date of Xbox 360 is November 4, 2005.

I would take this with a grain of salt and wait for something more credible to come out - I think that the price touted by this rumour is at least wrong

I imagine its another smart marketing ploy by M$.

Mistake or marketing ploy? Either way, I hope it is right, although if it launches later on November, I will still be a happy camper. I am going to find an ugly pleasure in playing a next gen console at least 6 months before PS3 consumers get theirs. I'll even invite a few over to 'see' what the future looks like. If Sony pushes back the PS3 to `07, then I'll get drunk off of Sony fanboi envy. Mwuah-ha-ha!!!
