Madden 2006?

Anybody else have Madden 2006 yet? If so whats your two cents? I think that the graphics are amazing and the game play looks better than ever. But owner mode will be missed, wonder why they took it out.

If you want pictures of the box or whatever let me know.

You have the game and a 360? Wow, so the gameplay is good man..how about some questions then.

1. How is the running game, better than Madden 06 on Xbox?
2. How is the passing game?
3. Have you played with or against the Falcons and MV#7?

Any other impressions are appreciated!

Haha no I don't have the Xbox 360 but I will on November 22, 2005 Tuesday at 12:00 A.M.(Morning) and when that comes I can post tons of pictures and maybe videos of in game footage. Those where my impressions from videos and screens I have seen. I'll post pictures soon.

i think it looks awesome, i never used the owner mode(i dont know but the the pricing of hotdogs in the texas stadium never really interested me....) so i always wanted the Core of the game rather then the Special Feature game.

Wait till madden 07 then we see the true madden next gen.(man and im gonna be pissed because its just gonna be a port for PS3 get your own ****!)

it is possible that they might have changed the Disc in the kiosks(illegal without consent from microsoft) so in some areas maybe different things are in that Systemi mean the walmart one near me is just the system in a case not those cool kiosk things...

it was at a place called Cyberconxion about 15 minutes away from my house. and they didn't have no kiosk, THEY HAD THE REAL SYSTEM! they had like a 48 inch HDTV, so it look amazing!

probably so...i ordered on may 17 and barely got mine. we only got 16 xbox360s. i was number 13

so im glad to say that ill be playing madden tomorrow!

yeah I got it too and can tell you all about it tomorrow after I get some playing time on it. Thus far I won't miss the mini camps and replay challenges cuz I had always played the NFL2K series for the last couple years and never used replay anyway. BUT...as I read the back of the box I was disapointed that it only supports 1-2 players in both offline and online...that is lame. It'll be awhile til I jump online to test my skills against others, I was pretty good at NFL2K so hopefully the learning curve won't kill me...lol

The Gamespot review says it basicly sucks, and if you have the '04, '05 to stick it. I was really disapointed

I was really interested in this, but then I heard it's stripped down from the current-gen games. I think I'm going to wait for Madden 07 instead now.

Don't wait,I played it @ gamecrazy and it is better than I expected,the announcers actually respond to the play on the field without that repetative
crappy john madden play by play.Do not be fooled by reviews play it for yourself,on the same topic nhl 2k6 was rushed to release and it looks terrible
and the announcers are a good 3 seconds behind the play.

I'm a diehard NFL football fan, and no review is keeping me away from the game. From what I've read from most places, if you love football, and Madden. You'll love the next gen version even though you can't set the prices of hotdogs, and toilet paper. The things left out are pretty minor in my opinion. In the current Xbox version, the challenges are glitchy as can be, so no loss there. The biggest thing that didn't make it is defensive adjustments.
