Default MS to Show 360's True Power At X05

Came across this on Kikizo Games...

E3 might not have done it for everyone, but Robbie Bach says we'll soon see just how powerful Xbox 360 is.

While May's E3 allowed Microsoft to show off early versions of some of its Xbox 360 games, many people walked away unimpressed, wondering if that was all we could expect from the next generation - especially in light of Sony's impressive tech demos for PlayStation 3. But Xbox boss Robbie Bach says we'll see Xbox 360's true power soon enough.

Speaking at the announcement of X05, the latest instalment of the company's semi-annual European press conference, Bach hinted that Microsoft would have its best-looking guns on display at the event:

"We have a lot to say and even more to show people. Believe me, after X05 there will be no question that Xbox 360 is the next-generation."

Past X0 conferences have seen big Xbox announcements, including those of Live and Microsoft's buying of GoldenEye developer Rare.

Rare will play a big role in X05 too, with both of the developer's Xbox 360 games, Kameo: Elements of Power and Perfect Dark Zero, likely to be forced to the front.

X05 will be held at an undisclosed location from 4-5 October, just two weeks after this year's Tokyo Game Show, where Sony is expected to show the first playable PlayStation 3 games.

Default

So one month before the launch of the Xbox 360 (rumored to be Nov. 4), we'll get to see the true power of a fully operational Death Star, I mean, Xbox 360? That close to launch date, I bet PDZero will be done and headed to the factory ready for production. Of course, this is 3 months from now.
