I never got it myself. There were several games better than Halo and Halo 2 but they don't get any credit. For some reason though Halo came out at the right time to get the fan base it has.

It never really did anything for me though. I own Halo but never got Halo 2. When Halo 3 comes out though I'll have my 360 and Live so I'll probably get it.

no offense....but if you're judging halo 2 on its single player than i would have to ask you if you're messed up in the head...halo 2 was made for xbox live and thats the only way to go, sure there are some assholes on live but if you play for a couple days, you'll met some cool people who arnt asswipes....halo 2 is, without a doubt, the reason why xbox didnt flop miserably

hell yea i LOVE halo...i play halo 1 so i can be better at halo 2 since 1 is harder...(in my opinion)

In my opinion, halo is already one of the best franchises ever. There just doing everything right to make it a fun game. Before halo i never used to have LAN partys. Now i have them all the time and they are so much fun. Halo will never get boring for me.

If they re-do the beatdown system, and make a lot of new weapons and vehicles I'll like it a lot more.

the halo series has been amazing so far, halo multiplayer is just endless fun especially on a lan. I admit the campaign did get a bit boring but i've never gotten bored of multiplayer in that game.

Halo? Whats that? HAHAHAHAHA...Seriously though the first one was great, I playede it into the ground, but I never actually owned the second one just borrowed from friends. As for the third installment...I expect nothing but the best that Bungie can deliver.

I enjoy the game, but I hate the people who play it. I hate it when kids think they're hot **** for being able to no-scope. I'm sorry, but you have a crosshair, it is not hard to no scope someone. If you think it is, you've seriously got some coordination issues.

I can't stand idiots who talk through the whole game with thier buddies and run thier mouth about how they're close to getting thier rank up. Oh and I really hate when people beat you and then go and check your stats and run their mouths at how good they are which ultimately proves they're virgins and have never seen the likes of the sun.

The only thing about Halo that interests me is Multiplayer, it's Single Player was garbage. I'm sorry, but even on legendary it was easy. The only thing that presented a challenge was Jackal Snipers, and they weren't harder just when they shot you it did three times as much damage. Being so; this means Bungie was lazy in making the enemy harder, they just made them stronger.

Of course I'll wind up getting Halo 3, but I don't specifically care for the game. There is so much more to Xbox than Halo. BattleField, Farcry, Counter-Strike, Fable, the list goes on and on.

The main thing that pisses me off, is the little ignorant fools who think Halo is the best game out, or has something aside from Graphics over another game that's twice as good. Ohwell.. Oh, and the Physics blow balls.

halo 2 is great just wish there was somthing they could do to all the cheaters out there. why ruin a bad azz game with all the moding and crap. if you cant take the heat stay out the kitchen NOT JUST FLIP THE SWITCH AND BAM IM THE MAN. i hate cheaters/LOVE HALO. but hey nothing perfect, halo is just close.

The only thing I like about the Halo games is the multiplayer. Halo 2 has probably consumed more of my time than any other game (Besides NFL2K5), but only online. Since Halo's existence, I have only played the campaign for a total of like 4 or 5 hours.
In just Halo 2, online, and only talking about team slayer, i have logged over 3000 matches! Its on the Halo 2 website.

Halo is awesome but im gettin a little bit bored goin through the same story over and over. a lot of my friends dont like halo so i hardly play multiplayer it would be cool if it had AI bots.
