well peeps, i have sad news! when i was trying to find out what was going on with my order i was asked if i wanted them to try to find one in a local store. after confirming that one store had 26 she asked me if i would like to have a store pick up..i said yes that would be nice! after about 20 minutes, i had this status pop up, "
"Status: 1 item(s) - not available at store 247; contact Customer Care at 1-888 BEST BUY. "
and it stayed there all day. so i called back to ask if this was some kind of back order staus or something. the person told me, that this was telling me that (of course) this item wasn't in the store and that my order would propabily be canced in eight days, and that i shoulnd't have been able to request a store pick up in the first place! i was like, "Why TF was it an option than?", she said (of course), she didn't know and that they would have to check the webpage guys and fix it. i told here that one of her people told me about it! after all that, she gave the, "i really don't know what to say" pause, and continued with the scripted jargon that they have.
well....i'm not mad at her or any of the people i talked to over the phone today. if i would have left it alone..my order would've been in the nice warm glow of a backordered status. letting me know that every would work out in the end!! LMAO
