Video feature on XBox 360 ?

I know there is a video feature. my question is what can you do with the video feature?

P.S. I don't have my 360 yet so i don't know anything about it except all the stuff i read about.

you can download videos along with other content on to your harddrive, yes. what else do you wants to knows about it?

Downloading the game vids and Demos is the cool part. No more going to blockbuster to rent all the time before buying, or taking a chance and buying a game just from the commercials that you see on t.v.
