Posts: 415   |  warranty question.. I know I could call M$ and ask them this, but I figured I ask your thoughts first. My 3 month warranty will probably expire soon. I setup my 360 on Nov 24th or 25th I can't really remember. I called Tuesday to get a shipping box because my 360 has been freezing ALOT in the last week.(Crystal Quest friggin froze) I was wondering if you think the warranty is covered by when I called them OR when they recieve it. They didnt say anything about a price to me, so I am assuming it will be covered.

Posts: 990 | Yes if you talk to the people either on live help or theu the phone they will definitely help you, just make sure your assertive and you dont give up. But i think you'll be fine.
