Default God Bless Microsoft!
My xbox360 was locking up a few times so I called microsoft about it and they sent me a shipping box to return it and they would send me a new one (in Canada they dont repair them they just replace). So I got the empty box and shipped out my xbox360 wed feb 15th at about 1230. Thursday morning i went to check my tracking number online and seen that it had allready been delivered. Then Friday at 1130(today) my new xbox360 was at my door.

It left my house on the east coast of Canada went half way accross the Counrty and back in only 47 hours. Thats some customer service.

They don't always send you a new 360,a lot of replacments that are being sent out are refurbished units.

I heard some time ago that they ran out of refurbushed unit so they are actually repair the units that get sent in for repair. Whether it's true or not, I have not clue.

They could be refurbs, but I was told over the phone that they make no attemd to repair them in Canada, they get your box and send a new one.

I know they repair and resell them in the US, but Im not sure if they ship any of those to Canada to use as replacements, I guess they could be.

Ya I hate him for it, he is one lucky SOB. His packagaing for his box had air mail checked for delivery. I get my boc to ship it back in and I get Ground checked off. So I know mine is going to take alot longer to get back when I send it in

this is a good way to build new customers from microsoft. BUT they ruin it wen they "require" u to buy things so it will work on ur pc or 360
