Games freezing?

Has anyone had trouble with games freezing? mine is. M$ is sending me a box for shipping to repiar.

Had PGR3 stop twice since i got it at launch and only when switching games on live so i put it down to internet not machine as i have had it on all day solid no probs with heat.

the only game that freezes for me is HAlo2 and thats happened like 3 times so its not a big deal

Don't trip... unless it happens all the time. Mine freezes once in a while. I just shut it off and resart and it won't happen again for a while.

This is why the 360 media remote comes in handy since it operates even if the 360 freezes I just power off and then on using the media remote.

How often does it happen? Mine has froze about 6 or 7 times since launch and mostly on FN3. If it happens a lot I would send it in.

the only problem i have had thus far is it looks like my screen is melting sometimes while playing halo 2. I inevitably die two or three times because of it and then it goes away. but i have played probly eight games thus far(gamefly rocks) with no freeze and to my big surprise no lag (16 peeps G.R.A.W.). I am loving my system. Good luck Gamers!!

Mine freezes pretty constantly with GR:AW. Its extreemly frustrating. Like once and a while i'll be blessed with no freezing. With mine it sounds like the fan stops. Should i send it in? Whats the number for them as well?
And will they send me mine back? or a different one?
Like will all my saves be lost or something?

If its messing up send it in, cause it will only get worse. mine was doing it here and there, then it crashed.

Same with mine, I thought it was just normal gameplay because all electronics freeze every once in awhile. Mine started getting worse when yesterday it finally crashed. It will turn on and i can put in a game, after the game loads it will freeze and vertical white lines will appear on the screen and it will get snowy. Called MS and they are sending me a box, hope it doesnt take very long to get it back. This happened to anyone else? How long did it take to get the 360 back if it had to be sent in?
