Default Why no wall hugging in multiplayer?

i was just wondering if anyone knows why they left this out of multiplayer

I dont know why they left it out either. I can say that I was a little more ok with it when I realized the left bumber allows you to lean around corners and even while laying down. Im glad you can at least do that.

crap I didn't even know you could do that?! I'm hoping that ubisoft will try to release a patch though....the multiplayer lost it's tactical feel when they left out the wall hugging and other command menu stuff. I was hoping that the directional pad would allow hand signals, but maybe I was hoping for too much....

the multiplayer is too simple. basically whoever that is seen first will die normally because they have a second chance to react before they get shot once or twice and die(i know its realistic but this is multiplayer.weres the tactics???). i think a patch should come out to make it either harder to kill someone or something to add tactics cuz it is about being stealthy. and the main reason y i think u cant go against walls is cuz if u r running and then u get stuk on a wall that u dont want to. (designating a button for it would be nice)

i think they left it out because you cant tell if a guy is hidding aroundthe corner that would get very fusterating to get killed that fast

Ubisoft have said that they left it out because it was annying when playing multiplayer

'CAMPERS' = wall hugging

its no testement of skill if you can go up aganist a wall and kill some one , same with the camera gun that would get old really fast and boring

Wow...so we go from a somewhat realistic, tactical shooter to a run-and-gun two shots your dead, un-fun free-for-all?! Seriously the multiplayer isn't really fun at all due to the fact that you really can't use corners or cover to the maximum potential like you can in the campaign mode and like you could in Perfect Dark Zero....it's just something that makes the game what it is. As for the "camera gun" most servers have removed it as a playable weapon so that the game won't be considered cheap and frustrating. I'm just upset because you play the campaign and get used to finding cover and using the level to your advantage but the multiplayer takes a lot of it away. It just feels as though the multiplayer falls short of what it should have been: a multiplayer, tactical, team-based shooter with everything in the level available at your disposal.

The only other thing I can say that I'm displeased about is the "after-death" zoom in feature that allows anyone that you kill to instantly know where you were at. There's nothing worse than finally finding a good sniper spot or perch and then getting mercilously slaughtered moments later by the guy that you just made into swiss cheese. Agh....maybe I just expected too much...?

you can turn death cam off, and this may be the greatest online game ive ever played, no cheap garbage(if you turn off camera guns) Perfect dark i cant even tell you how bad the game is in comparison to this game dude, and i barely used the cover in perfect dark because all i did was rush the campers in the game .
