Posts: 792 | The cool thing to think about is this.....the US military has awesome, High Speed fiber optic cables connecting all the major bases and national defense computers and they relay information something like 7000 times faster than a T1 line...so Eventually....so mabye just mabye one day we'll have the same access for public use. imagine you pop on your VR helmet or plug in your brain implant and you're playing online in a stunning RPG world like Elderscrolls....and there are no NPCs... actual players own the shops.... the town guards are players.. other adventurers are players....and even the bad guys with a gang of henchmen hiding in a cave or raiding a town are players....It may be 30 years away or more....I would be close to 60....but I would still be playing and kicking some punky kids using my old school style
Lets just say that it's a safe Bet to say that the games we'll be seeing in 15 years will be blowing away anything we have now....just the same way that what we have now totally blasts apart anything from 1990. I just can't wait.... OK OK where is my Cryo tube? Freeze me and wake me up when Halo XI is released on the X-Box 7 in 2032!
