Best Armor/weapon In Oblivion Period!!!!!!!!!!!

I was quite Partial to the Rosienator ... That weapon which begins talking and won't shut up rendering the enemy harmless and forced them to bang their heads on cement pillars. Watch out for the Alchemist using the Whoopie Goldberg though. That has Rosienator resistance +85.

Big Heavy armor is not better. You just need something light on that doesn't slow you down, The Armor just serves to carry the spells you will put on it that make you faster. Then as you primary Blade Skill increases you will be moving fast enough to dodge 80% of the hits coming at you. And still deal out the big damage.

its not because the armor is heavy...it stops any magic effects that are cast on you or from the enchanted weapon...thats why the dragon armor is good and if you're an expert in heavy armor you wouldn't even notice you are wearing it xD

ill just end this now and tell you guys you're wrong, umbra is NOT the best armor, i have found that morag tong armor is the best with all the enchantments, you can find it in the cave with mehrunes razor in the jail (i believe somewhere in the commune part) kill morag tong assassin and take his armor, the best rings to wear are definitely the ring of war and ring of perfection, i also prefer goldbrand as a weapon, and arrows of cleansing, rly trust me, my stats are all at 100 except for athletics (stupid 83, i just have to walk around a lot) my gamertag is x4GottenShadowx, send me a message and i can help you with all your needs for the best and rare items

like i said ubra is by far best damage wise without enchantment gold brand does 26 48 with enchantment. and maybe if you had black soul gems you wouldnt see that message across the top and youll have plenty of grand souls from killing humans to make a set of 100% charmilion armor

stupid plug ins are working on my brothers account but not mine and i paid for them cause when we sent our xbox in t get fixed it came in new and its not leting me play arcade games and other downloaded content from before we sent it in. we called microsoft they said they call back in couple days we called again and they said they fix it then call to update us on whats happening with it but they never called what should we do?

the deadric stuff is the same stuff that dremoras use and i have no idea what you said on all the rest.

dremora's wear dremora stuff and sometimes you find deadric stuff on them but untill your 20 they will have dremora because you can see deadric at level 20

''THE BEST'' is rather open to debate and ultimately turns out to be different weapons for different people according to their Class, Abilities, and Experience Level..... My personal Favorite was a Daedric Longsword Enchanted to deal out 2 points each of Fire ,Lightning, and Cold, Per hit. It turned out having something like 2000-3000 points of charge so I was able to play for extended periods without having to run back to a mage to recharge my stuff, I would also carry a Varla stone just in case I got stranded somewhere.

Another strategy that worked was to carry 3 Specialized Magical Swords mabye 1 is all fire damage, then one is X Poison damage for 10 seconds and possibly a sword with paralyzation just in case you were cornered and needed to delay the baddies long enough to maneuver...

The Beauty of Oblivion is that you choose your strategy and then can usually make it work for you, I always liked going Heavy on Blades, Light on Armor and Light on Magic.

So ultimately I must say that ''The Best'' is a matter of taste and opinion rather than cold hard numbers.

I got the daedric by completing Boethia's daedric shrine quest

I totally agree. I am a redguard warrior who uses heavy armor so daedric armor would provide me the most protection. if I was a light armor user, like a wood elf, I would want glass armor

daedric armor apears at lvl 20. do not close the great gate before then. once you beat the main story all the gates are closed for good. the gates are the best place to find daedric stuff. at lvl 25 there is a shield that has defense equal to daedric and 35% reflect damage and 9 endurance. at lvl 20 there is a daedric shrine mission where you fight the best of each race. use 2 feather spells and feather enchantments there is a lot of enchanted daedric stuff. when heavy armor is 100 it does not weigh you down. when you get into the mage university you can enchant armor and sords.

buy the cheap house at the main city and a storage container. put all enchanted items in there. remove all enchanted items. this will overencumber you but you can use a varla stone to recharge everything and then put it back.

If want the best of the best, then head to Imperial city. With in Imperial city is Imperial Water Front (South of Imperial city). Go there and head south(Swim across) untill you hit land, once you hit land, walk to the West/Left of the map. Keep walking untill you see a broken down bulding which is a cave. Go in there and walk throught the whole cave untill you see a chick there, KILL HER!!!!!!!!!!!. MAKE SURE YOURE READY BECUASE SHE IS VERY VERY VERY STRONG. It took me about 3-5 mins to take her out. Anyway, once you kill her, make sure you drop all the items you dont need to make room. This is the best armor/weapon set in the game untill you get to the very end.

the place in an ayleid ruin called Vindasel her armor is enchanted ebony and shield with a ballin helmet with a tail on it the sword is ok it weighs nothing and has a 5508 value and 17 rank to get to Vindasel the easiest way is to go directly south of the "u" in lake rumore near the fork in the road just west of the bridge

[ok i have no idea were to find the shrines and i think one of the best armores is the knights of the nine armor ( expansion ) cus of all the enchants... also im a level 15 and have beatin: mian quest line, shivering isles, and knights of nine, on about... 75% difficulty... so all om saying is show some maps or something plzzz
