A way to be emperor?

Does anyone know if there is a way to become the emperor in oblivion? because they kind of hinted at it at the end of the main story line but is there an actual way?

Hmm, no idea. But then again I haven't completed the mq, I've been busy with the guilds. This would be really cool, but I don't think it's possibly, if it was, I would've gone crazy...

Unless you have the blood of the Septium's running through your characters veins, I don't think you can become emperor lol. I've completed the main quest all you get in title status is Champion of Cyrodiil.

well yeah but usually they dont give the dragon armor to anyone but the emperor. i mean im not saying you are wrong but i dont think the blood of the septiums really matters. maybe you have to complete every single quest in the game...? or click your heels together three times?
