Posts: 110   |  Frustration between core & premium..HELP! Alright, 301 more bucks before I get my HDTV...Which will be in a few more weeks, then I can start saving up for the 360!!  Anyways...The core & the premium, I'm debating which one to get. I have a high anticipation at the moment, and I'm ready to get my hands onto a 360! The problem is, the premium has 20GB, ALOT of memory but an extra 100 bucks ... The core has 256 MB ( correct me if I'm wrong ) The only thing I will be doing is putting music onto my xbox...Will the core be okay? Or should I get premium, ( Which means a longer waiting time. an additional week & a half. )

Posts: 199 | wrong, the core has 256 ram,so does the premium. The premium has 20 gbs of disk space. I am not sure how much space is in the xbox 360 without a harddrive. plus premium comes with the special cables for an HDTV and it comes with an ethernet cable and a wireless controller.

Posts: 203  | PREMIUM IS THE BEST CHOICE if you dont have de ddrive you cant play original games of xbox 1 and is a problem for save progress and data if you dont have de drive is like you dont have the 360

Posts: 1,875 | Look at this way, you are getting more than just a HDD with the premuim. Also, the Xbox 360 has 512Mb of Ram, not 256 -- originally it was slated to have 256, but Msoft bumped it to 512. At any rate, you have no memory storage with a Core. And the controller is wired. And you have to buy a memory chip to play on Live. With the Premuim, you get the HDD, one wireless controller, headset, ethernet cable and peace of mind knowing you don't need anything else. Well, maybe an extra controller or the quick-charge, but those aren't necessary. |

Posts: 110 | Thanks... I'll have the HDTV definately before I start back to school, probably the 360 "premium" just have to get another controller, and a few games... ;x But I'll manage. No parental help, ( at least I hope not, ;D )
