This is probably rather obivious but the tree appears to be ageing as the countdown gets closer to zero because the leaves are a more browny colour than before and it now bears fruit .At the end of the countdown it might be fully grown and full of fruits ?

If you think about it When the guys from Rare showed off Kameo at the german games convention one of them was wearing a shirt with a green rabit on it(I think there was a pic of the sirt in an earlyer post). and the second clue is that the server hosting the site is an MS server in london, Rare is a british company.

Well as someone said SWOT stands for Strenghts Weakenesses Opurtunities Threats, I took this in business class basically assess your product using this, what are the strenghts, what are the weakenesses, etc.. Weaknesses could be Japan, Opurtunities can be Germany (hence liepzig game conference) and Japan, stuff like that. This could be the scedule of the SWOT team. And the varying standards seems to me to say multiple SKUs, one standard for the casual gamer, and the other for the hardcore gamer, we have different standards.
