i have read:We all know that Gates has had his eye on Nintendo for awhile perhaps Nintendo is the origen of modern gaming? I don't know. Probably just wishful thinking.

conclusion: maybe its true cause da tree is a japanesse tree so the rabbit is green (xbox's chosen color) and the word origen comes from beginning so the beginning of a revolution era well thats waht i think

im sure of the theory the bonsai refers to japan (nintendo) and the rabbit to xbox (microsoft) that could be the answer

Hey guys im new here but figured i would play along with MS on their little game. I saved the .swf file from the site and opened it in a decompiler. i didnt find anything truly interesting inthe script but under the dump for the font i did find one word. Magritte. Not sure if this is just the font name or not but i did google the word and it came up with a surrealist artist named Rene Margritte. Upon futher inspection i found a couple of the paintings done by Margritte contained green apples similar to the ones on the tree.

Did anyone know that origen may acturally mean "Oriental Generation". Apparentley, the .org version of the site automatically forwarded to a google search for Oriental Generation a few days ago!

I'd figure I would copy and paste this over here and get this communities thoughts on this and see if I am just chasing straws here.

The origen site registered to MS can use .com .net or .org. as the ending. For a while the .com and .net sties had the same site, but the .org took you to google with a search for Oriental Region. This can be confirmed here.

Finding this to be interesting I began doing a search on ARGs once I learned the term from a friend and came across the ARG site. Looking at the gregs life Celcus school thing got me to wondering about a possible connection to Origen. I mean the "school" picture that is giving to us has does a suspicious looking tree in it. Thus I began Exploring the Greg's Blogs/jornal of the Three characters involved in this. I posted my findings of this search like this at the IGN community Forum.

found out that if you type anything behind the question mark on the .com site, it will allow you to do anything. On the .org or .net site it allows you to put up the question mark, but if you type anything after it, it takes you to a can not be found page.

he timer goes by your computer clock; you can set it ahead about a month and the timer will say 0, 00, 00, 00. Nothing happens, though.

Check this out might not be anything but, I was going through that ARGN site and looking at stuff for the School and went to the blog/live journal of the "greg" involved in this school thing. Anyway taking a look at his profile he has three friend listed and one is an Agent Snow shock

Since then i have done some further research into all of this.

Greg's Journal was created on 8/21/05 and the starter of this thread received an email from him on 8/22/05, Origen went online at the same time it seems or around this time. If you look at Naomis Blog it say it was created in August of 05 as well even though there are dates to previous entries that date before this, but creation dates don't lie.

Also the fact that the missing head Master name is Jeremy Allenson is well weird figuring he share the same first name initial J and the same first three letters of the last name Al with. J Allard. Also all this buisness with the fruit for the school and also the fact that as somebody pointed out Origen and Celcus were two opposing forces in Christrianity philosophies. Some this is pretty weird Coincidence to say the least. Anyway I'll let everybody look this over and see what they think.

Also there is this blog that some think might have a connection to Origen.

Also on the Origen Website if you zoom in on the Bunny a bit there is a 2 and a 4 in the middle of the bunny, don't know if this was mentioned.

I think that the rabbit is a hare personally. I read somewhere that sugar and salt look the same but taste different.

If you refer to the pictures of the t-shirt with the hares on it and the outline of what is probably a tortoise you will notice that two of the hares have already been used on the Origen site. This prompts me to think that the next site update will be about one of the other images.

I really don't think MS is buying Nintendo. Weirder things have happened though.

More??? WTF if it was a Nintendo buyout it would be the news of the decade. Nintendo is far too big to be sold to a competitor. Also if MS did buy them would you expect them to continue releasing consoles competing in the same market as themselves?

dude, u could have said the same about sega. 1 bad console, and they were basicly bancrupt. well the camcube was pretty ****, about 2 good games.

Sega didn't have 2 new hardware products in the Public view pipeline.

I really don't think Nintendo will be bought out. If anything it might be what MS did with Apple and and purchase some shares in Nintendo. But I doubt they have a online marketing campaign to reveal this.
