since in the code it says tease im thinking it dosent mean anything (not an arg) i think its just a count down thing
the tease image is a pic of the tree with the timer at 00:00:00, i think they are going to screw us over temporarily and make us believe it was for nothing i.e. tease us XD
Not sure if this has been posted already but there appears to be what looks like the chesire cat from alice in wonderland hidden in that darn tree.
Attached are 2 images, in '360' i have circled an area of the tree where if you look cross-eyed at this point you can almost make out a cat like shape. I have made this a little clearer in '360 2'
Given the amount of refrences to Alice in wonderland on and around the tree, this doesnt seem out of place and as i remember in the film, the cat does fade into view when in the tree. It took me a while to adjust my eyes so that they were'nt so blurry I couldn't make anything out, but if you do it right you will definetly see something.
Or maybe I just like cats too much?

Personally, I think that Microsoft will unveil a 'wonderland' on XboxLive that acts at a starting point to meet people and go into games from there. There would be a Marketplace to buy all that exclusive content. I imagine it would work similar to a MMORPG but with the emphasis on chatting and meeting up. This wonderland would also include MSN Messenger which would stay active the whole time you're on your Xbox, allowing you to recieve emails and IM's whilst playing games or watching films, this would take advantage of the keyboard announced for the 360 controller which until now has had little, if any use.
I went cross-eyed, strained my eye, poked out an eye and saw Red Eye but I see no chesire cat... are you smoking something, would that help me to see it? Maybe you do like cats too much.
This could be referring to the DVD-9 (Dual Layer) specification but most likely means "September".
In the updated image, the whole image was NOT rotated. I pulled the original tree image capture into Photoshop and then overlayed the new tree image on the top of it to confirm the tree did not rotate. The tree did change, some (more leaves). Only the rabbit is moving. The rabbit is circling the tree on a stick very similar to how they do the "bait" rabbit for greyhound races.
The dark hole at the base of the tree seems to be expanding.
In addition to the apples, there is also what appears to be a broken limb in the left side of the tree.
OK, you all probably aren't going to believe me, but listen up:
I just open www.origenxbox360.com and for some reason it was displaying the countdown at "1 Day, 19 hours and 40-some-odd minutes". I (being the idiot that I am) refreshed the page to see if the countdown had actually been sped up. Of course, when I refreshed the page, it reverted back up to 30+ days. You don't have to believe this, but it happened.
ey you guys still watching...? if i am correct you guys you are lookin at the tree form another angle.... if you turn the tree 180* degrees you will have the tree you now see on the site.... because if you see the rabbit in the old picture it is right in front of you and if you turn the picture 180* degrees you will see thre rabbit in the back *that explains the white stripes you do not see them on the first picture because the white stripes are on his back... (i do not kniow what the white stripes mean btw)
if you turn the tree 180* degrees you will have the tree you now see on the site
I don't think the tree is rotated. Look at the original screen capture. See the big root on the left side that looks like a handle. It's still on the left side in the new version. You can nearly exactly overlay the original tree on top of the current one.
Ok ok, I think I have figured it out! There is a story at http://thx8612.blogspot.com/2005/08/...ders-were.html posted by a link to origenxbox360. I've been thinking that the Circle Clue was synominous with revolution or halo. I think the only way M$ could take Japan is to merge with Nintendo and or buy it out. Nintendo is aged, it must return to it's roots (building games not systems) before it dies. I think the three men represent Nintendo, Sony, and M$. I think on Sept. 27th, 2005 Nintendo will merge or be bought out be M$. All the clues point in this direction.
If that happened...
Xbox360 would take PS3 out 4ever...
"If Hiroshi Yamauchi calls, he'll get me on the line right away," Gates was quoted as saying, in a reference to Nintendo's former president. That was taken July 29th, 2004.
Obviously, Bill Gates has had his eye on Nintendo for a long time.
Lemme know what you think... But as time goes by... More clues point toward my hypothesis.
Now quoting an article PapaSmerf found on eurogamer...
in Japan expected to be announced.
So far, the company's plans for the Japanese market remain tightly under wraps - with the date, price and software line-up for the launch still unrevealed, despite the fact that US and European pricing was announced earlier this month.
Microsoft is likely to use the pre-TGS conference as a chance to discuss at least some of those details, as well as an opportunity to champion its newly-forged ties with Japanese publishers and developers.
Advertisement The conference will be followed on the 16th by a keynote address at TGS from Microsoft's chief Xbox officer, Robbie Bach, with the other keynote at the show being delivered by Nintendo president Satoru Iwata.
Meanwhile, Microsoft Japan has revealed that Kameo: Elements of Power will be released on Xbox 360 in that region. It hasn't confirmed a date, but has said the game will be playable during the Tokyo Game Show.
Huh? More evidence supporting my hypothesis.
I truly think Nintendo and Microsoft will merge... A good choice on both ends! Imagine gaming! Heaven!
hay about the tree/rabbit/hole IT DIDNT ROTATE AT ALL!!
the tree: it has grown a little taller, turned a lighter green, has a more dietailed shadow, and some kind of apple looking fruit - the tree hasnt rotated
the rabbit: it has gone to the other side of the tree (on the stick like a grey hound race mabye?),the rabbit is in the trees shadow now,and has turned towards the left side of the page - it might be the back of the rabbit considering there arent any VISIBLE nail things in it
the hole: the hole is new so we dont know much about it but it is under the tree and off center to the left a little
i will put both pics as an attachment soon
