Yup... I've been reading some comments on the demo from the first couple of american players that actually finished downloading it ...

Well, it seems like they were far from astounded by the graphics (but we already knew that thanks to the numourous videos released). Some even said that the original Xbox could probably handle it. As for gameplay, it seems like there's no real evolution when compared to GTA. The controls may be a bit less clumsy than GTA...All in all, there wasn't one post hyping the game (or at least its demo) as a GTA-killa ....

Oh well, that doesn't mean we shouldn't check it out though ! I sure will....

I just hope the finished product will be better, and nicer looking...Let's not forget this is a demo, that was probably finished months before its actual release...

i love the demo i got it in the oxm mag 2 weeks ago and with gta4 not coming till next year this is perfect timing im definetly buying it

I just played the demo I love it, it had a better feel then the GTA series and I thought controls were easier in my opinion better then GTA.

I agree.

It's obviously a copy of GTA, but that doesn't stop it from being brilliant. IMO handles far better than GTA. Definate purchase for me.

I love the way you can get pissed and stoned in it too, shame the effect hardly lasts. Funny when your guy has too much to drink and ends up throwing up all over the place

I hate GTA. It's just pointless violence, all you do is blow people up. I'm gonna try the demo, see how I like it. Mabye it will be better that GTA.

I liked Saint's Row, alot, but not as much as GTA. IMO it feels like Vice City though with gangs. But Saint's Row will be nothing more than something to feed my GTA hunger.

Its going to take me about 25 hours to download this demo, im supposed to have 3MB broadband but its acting completly useless. I hope me xbox doesnt blow up or anything cause its been left on for so long.

Im glad to hear most people are saying its good, as i loved GTA hopefully i will enjoy this.
