It's not fake. it's a debug kit for the developers. It's not available to the public. Just to developers who make 360 games.

Yea which explains why its in a Best Buy Ad? Come on.. I dont think BestBuy really wants to be sued for misleading the public..

The kits the developers get from MS have the 250GB HDD not the retail models.
