Posts: 470     |  Halo Wars Revealed What Halo started off to be (a RTS), is now back in development. X06: Halo Wars revealed at Microsoft briefing - Xbox 360 News at GameSpot It is based on the Halo world, but not directly to the story of the Master Chief in Halo 1, 2, and 3.

Posts: 436 | its probably the first batch of spartans. the story is based before halo 1 and is the first meeting of humans and covenant, the first few battles. like I said not much of a rts guy but this may make me change my mind. check out my previous post and read the faq and stuff. |

Posts: 269 | This is pretty awesome, I love RTS games. RTS + Halo universe should be pretty nice. With the recent success of BFME II's control scheme (from what I hear), I'm not so skeptical about a RTS game on the 360.

Posts: 1,770 | hold up i got a quick question what is an RTS and how will it change Halo? im not a gaming nerd so i dont expect a long answer, actually if you give me an answer more than a couple paragraphs i probably wont read it all, so just keep it short and sweet, like "it brings strategy into play(my worst fear) and cuts down on action(my 2nd worst fear if thats true i may not buy the game and will be bummed out. but madden will fix that.) |

Posts: 470 | RTS = Real Time Strategy game The action is still there, its just not the same action you see in FPS games.
