Missing Downloadable content

can anyone help me with this? i recently got my 360 back from microsoft everything on my profile is showing up but when my brother signs into his profile the CoD2 maps we have downloaded dont show up also all of our arcade games show up as trial versions. any help will be greatly appreciated.

It's a licence problem. I am dealing with the same stuff. You have to be connected to Live on the profile that originally purchased the content. Otherwise, call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

Yeah, in theory it should show up as purchased content via Msoft service (the 1-800 number).

so turns out my arcade games and premium content should have never been working on my brothers profile in the first place...at least thats what support said. but then i have to ask why did they work before? and just last night i downloaded totem ball and it shows up as the full version on both profiles.

They are wrong. Whoever you talked to that is. The content, when originally purchased, is licenced 2 times. To you gamertag, and the system's serial number. If the content is being run on the originally system with the gamertag identified by the system, ANYONE can use the content. If you use it on another system, you need to be on Live to verify that you have a legal licence.
Understand better now? If you have 2 controllers, then I would suggest that he sign in first, and then you take the second controller, and sign into your profile. That should unlock it. Otherwise, MS needs to have you create a "dummy" account to download all the content AGAIN. They may or may not give you a credit to use on the "dummy" account.
