it is coming out on the 360, but why wait? Im having a blast playing it on the good ol' ps2.

i cant wait! and i dont have a ps2 so i have to wait. plus the 360 version will probably be better. does the 360 version have a wireless guitar????? just wondering

yes its a wireless guitar. I'm just pissed now that my freind bought it for his PS2, which eliminates the chance of possibly online battling! ugggg, NO PATIENCE!

When did they change it to wireless guitar? The biggest gripe everyones been having with it is that its not wireless. Something about only MS first party can make wireless, all third party has to be wired. And I'm sure the only thing better about the 360 version will be the graphics, but when all your watching is the little dots, it wont really matter. Oh well, off to work! YAY!

Wow, didn't expect this many posts. But I too, am patiently awaiting a release date so I can pre-order or do whatever to get my guitar and game. I'm gonna need to buy the big pack so I can throw little 2-player battle tournaments at my house. Ha-ha. Of course, your all welcome. :P

yah one of my friends who works at EB Games told me it comes out around March.......does anyone know if the songs will be different from the ones on GH II for Ps2???

no they should be same, but maybe a couple more added. I just hope the songs that they will be selling on the Marketplace isn't too much money.

It's not worth reserving a game unless your getting something free with your reservation. Games and accessories are produced in mass quantities than consoles.

I think they will end up being 99 cents like most songs are sold for.

I strongly doubt they will be priced this high. Even $1 seems too high. I have no information to back up this claim but I would imagine a 10 pack of songs for $5 or so. Pricing something along those lines would make sense as it would be difficult to get people to buy songs that aren't original versions, have no singing, and can't be used anywhere but in the game for that much money.

I guess we will see.

I have it for my PS2 with 2 guitars, the problem is I only have HDTVs now and there is video lag from the PS2. GH II does have a calibration section that helps but it still isnt good. I want it on the 360 just for it to be made for 720p with NO lag.
