Germany gets Gears of War map pack

Just thought this was funny/interesting. The game is not allowed to be sold in Germany and they are currently trying to make it illegal to play unrated games in Germany. So back on Jan 10th, the free map pack and theme were available to everyone but Germany. But today, MS has released the theme for them. I guess it is OK to have the Gears of War theme, but not play the game. Crazy Germans...

I wonder if there is a way to see how many people are playing this "bad game" in Germany. I am sure MS has numbers on it, but I have never seen them.
