Whats you fav game and why.

1.Halo3
2.Gears of War
3.Bioshock

Halo3 for life it just takes the lead but bioshock was pretty fun.

GOW! IMO it sets the standard for this generation of gaming, and beyond. Like it or not, the word that best represents the future of gaming is "realistic"; and this game is the first to give us a glimpse of the future with an overall feel of realism in physics and gameplay. Also, no other game has as much visual detail. This IS the showpiece of the 360. But, it's only the first of many. I think COD4, ASSASSIN'S CREED, AND MASS EFFECT will all demonstrate the power of realism for the future. Halo set the standard for the original XBOX, but, now there's a new king; several new kings. But GOW set the standard, and as HALO 2 improved in every way and continued it's dominance-showing us what the XBOX was truly capable of-I look for Epic studios and GOW 2 to do the same thing-to show us what we would've never dreamed possible on the 360.

1) Orange Box , HalfLife 2 reinvented the modern FPS and still blows me away 3 years later, and Episode 2 is the best game ever.

2) Pro Evo , Although on the 360 lacklustre, its the only football game thats worth a damn, yes the old FIFAs were the only real footy games on the market and did have some good years (1996-98) Pro evo actually works perfectly, football as it should be. And modern day FIFAs are total crap. only morons think otherwise so not much option, pro evo is the only proper footy game on the market.

Over every console it would have to be Final fantasy X.

For 360....

1. Oblivion - So much content, so much fun, and the game lasts for daysss.
2. Call of Duty 3 - My favorite online shooter and I'm sure cod4 will be when it comes out.
3. Just Cause - Expansive environment, good missions, and overall fun game.

I find it odd that everyone keeps picking games not out in these 'favorite game' threads, was the same in the other thread. I wonder do people understand present and future text.

Tell me somewhere that says just because it's not out yet or I havn't played it that it can not be my favorite game. As for COD4 I have played the beta and it was better than any game I've ever played! And yes I've played Halo 3...

And i can understand the beta COD4 and all but mass effect? one of your favorite games is a game youve never played? i see no logic
