Posts: 320     |  Tony Hawks Proving Ground Demo well i know most of you have moved on to skate (great game by the way), but i was kinda hoping tony hawk would build on the awesome aspects of project 8 and knock ea on its a$$, sadly, i am mistaken, what a piece of crap. Granted its only the demo, but boy was that a terrible experience, i couldnt bear more than 15min playing it before i just deleted it. the physics were horrendous, and dont even get me started on the camera movements. How the mighty have gotten greedy, and thankfully, have fallen. Here's to a franchise that was!  Long live Skate!

Posts: 1,729 | ya IMO the tony hawk era of video games is coming close to an end, i mean after american wasteland i sort of lost interest, they werent the same any more.....so it doesnt surprise me that the game sucks so far...

Posts: 57 | I think the tony hawk thing ended afther thps 4. i thought that #2 was the best balance between realism and the trick you can do. Now its just ridiculous. Skate is back to the basics. Clean, simple, something new. LOVE LIVE SKATE!

Posts: 242 | Tony Hawk use to be a great Franchise. I played all the games even though I didn't care too much for some of them *Cough*THUG 2 and THP8*Cough*. After Beating skate I can't wait for the next game but its also going to reach a point where its hard to add new stuff without being ridiculous. Long live Skate, The new generation of Skateboarding.
