what would you specifically change about GTA?

1)driving physics.
i hate spinning out into a 180 while going 5mph. for you metric lovers, that's slow.

2)have a purpose for the money.
you never have to buy ammo or weapons since they are so readily available, cars are free for the taking, food and transport are cheap, and there are few clothing options for purchase. so what is the point of having a million dollars? they should have put more things to buy such as safehouses, expensive gifts for your dates, more clothing options, cars that you can buy that will ALWAYS be available, certain weapons available only through gun stores, etc.

Mine would be Checkpoints. It gets frustrating on longer missions when have to start all the way from the beginning of the mission.

I like the new driving in this game it makes it more realistic and challenging, i like to drift into my turns by holding A

I have to agree with Glock, having checkpoints would probably be the thing I would change..other than that, this game is all I could ask for

This is the single thing I would like to see added. Some of the longer missions that I've had to repeat had me pretty close to throwing the controller at my TV.

As far as driving goes, it took me maybe half an hour of play to get used to it, now i like the way the cars drive.

It would be nice if they had some type of something to tell you how fast you're going, maybe. i'll be driving along, not thinking i am going that fast, then suddenly, on one of those weird ass intersections, i'll hit a bump and totally get air and lose control, killing countless civilians on the sidewalk.
Not sure if a speedometer would help, but i would like to think it would.

Better control system with an auto targetting system that works a bit better.
Cover system that does what YOU want it to do.
Checkpoints on longer missions (even tho I could care less anymore as i've finished it).
More weapons.
Planes.
Things to spend your money on.
Nico to actually bump into things instead of walking/running on the spot.
More buildings to explore.
Eliminate the massive frame rate slowdown often seen during online play.

Mine pretty much follow everyone else's lists. Checkpoints are definitely needed. Controlling that isn't so sluggish and awkward. For the targeting system to switch between targets much easier. Being able to take cover in the right place. More things to spend money on.

not sure what you're talking about here. there are visuals in this game as opposed to the previous in the series when you pick up a 'jane'. leaving out specifics, you have 3 choices and the graphics are clearly identifiable for each choice.

And nice weather, the game looks ace when sunny daytime, but its ****ing rainy, foogy nighttime most of the time.

Besides the obvious need for checkpoints and better driving physics, I get annoyed with the long title screen that can't be skipped. It might be different if it were entertaining, but those 4 or 5 pictures seem to take forever.
