Default My thoughts of Ridge Racer 6

Now that the playable demo of the game was finally made available on the Xbox live marketplace, I was able to take it out for a "spin". I really play like the Ridge Racer for the PSP (which is not a bad thing to me). I looks graphically beautiful and the handling is pretty sturdy. The only gripe I have is that the gas button is the A button instead of the right trigger. It's not difficult to get used to it but it take a few mins though. I would have to say that Ridge Racer 6 is really for Ridge Racer fans (like me).

I read on the ridge racer 6 review that the a button for gas is only on the demo, the right trigger is gas in the real game. Is ridge racer 6 worth buying or not?

The only Ridge Racer game I have ever played id Ridge Racer 2 at an arcade and I really like the sliding! RR2 is a fun game and I really like it, is 6 anything like 2 or are they all the same but with better graphics and new features?

If that's the case. If you have xbox live, download the demo and give it a try. If you want to try the full version, find somewhere that rents 360 games (Gamefly is your best bet) and take her out for a "spin" that way.
PS if you have played RR on the PSP, it plays similarly to it in game play.

I haven't played it on psp and I don't have live so I will eather rent it or buy it. I know that this is an odd comparison but should I get the Outfit or RR6? I need another racing game because I am about to beat NFS: MW and I already beat PGR3 and I pre-ordered Test Drive Unlimited. I need another shooting game because I beat COD 2 so I am going to get Battlefield 2 or The Outfit.
