The Outfit or GR:AW???

I was thinking I really liked Call of Duty 2 except for the fact that it doesn't take long to beat so I was wondering which do you guys think is better. Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter or The Outfit?

Maybe rate them 1-10 10 being the best and 1 being the worst. And some description on why you think whichever one is better and why what you do and don't like about the games.

I loved The Outfit demo. MY suggestion?

IF you have the money, buy both. They're both cool games. I'm sick of peoplke hating on The Outfit just becasue it's not as graphically advanced as some of the other 360 games. MAkes me sick that "gamers" need graphics to enjoy themselves nowadays.

I think Graw is great, and the graphics are beautiful.

The Outfit demo SUCKED monkeyballs, and the graphics is crap.

Now in my opinion I would have to say GRAW as The Outfit seems to be a rather "short" game in the way that it is the same basic concept. The demo is alot of fun, i can play it for hours and I agree with your comment that graphics don't make a game good (The Outfit visuals aren't that bad anyway in my opinion) so its basically up to you what you choose.

Both games are tactical but in a different sense. GR:AW is more my type of game, more covert which I like. Now as a pick up and go game I think The Outfit is better but still GR:AW that has the vote for me.

So;
GR:AW 9/10
The Outfit 7/10

What's the matter? Kept running into the battlefield like an idiot without setting up your defenses?

Face it, your too attached to mindless shooters like BLACK, F.E.A.R and other BS. The Outfit requires a brain, something you must not have. Your another graphics whore, nothing more.

I think both games are really different.

I have played of the Oufit demo and I really enjoyed it. I don't have GRAW so what I say about it is just what I think.

The outfit feels more like a run n' gun game where as GRAW is a one shot one kill type of game but both of these games invole some thinking in order to be good at them.

I would go with G.R.A.W. Is awesome tactical shooter and yes you need a brain to play this also all the missions based on procedures of Special Forces Units so if you want realism go with G.R.A.W. If want basically a run and gun game go with outfit both games have there plus's and minuses depending on each player. I would score Graw a 9 out of 10.

WHERE, in that post do you see a typo? In GRAW, you indeed need to cover yourself, be cautious, etc.

The fact is, Ghost Recon games have basically sucked. GRAW looks great, but I'm just not getting my hopes up.

Secondly, The Outfit is not a run & gun shooter, it's more strategic then you think. I don't know WHERE Recon73 got that from. The Outfit is FAR FROM a run & gun shooter, if anything, you could probably get away with that in GRAW. The Outfit requires strategy, and proper gun placements. YOu can't just run out and start shooting, you'll get killed, maimed, burned, etc.

It really depends on what you like in a game. The GRAW does have better graphics then The Outfit Demo but it is a demo after all and no one can say whether or not they have made improvements in the release version. Hell look at Halo\Halo2 graphics compared to GRAW and people are still playing Halo\Halo2 because they are fun games.

Both games can be very addictive online. In the Outfit you can run & shoot and still have fun but in GRAW you cant because you will find yourself killed really fast. Try run out in the open and see how long you last.

My suggestion would be BOTH or at least GRAW. From what I have seen from PC and XBox360 online gaming, there are bigger communities for tactical team FPS. The Outfit does cross over to some RTS games qualities and I loved RTS games also but could not always find a decent match while IMO people will be playing GRAW online longer down the road then The Outfit.

I will rent The Outfit and see how it plays and then go from there.

Plus dont forget the Battlefield 2 is coming out in April.

Yeah, too bad it's based on Modern Combat, which sucked the big one. You can't run & gun in Outfit either dude. You'll get killed just as easily.

I am sorta tired of the run n gun in COD 2 and I would like a good strategic special ops type game. Is GR:AW anything like the past games which personally I didn't like?

my pick goes to GRAW becuase i played the outfit and it was fun but it got a little old after a while. and plus GRAW is a really tatical game that requires a lot of skill becuase one head shot and your dead

graws multiplayer is similart to the other gr games. id go with graw, but i also liked the outfit. try to get both or buy 1 and rent the other

Which should I buy if I only want 1? I can't rent because the local Blockbuster doesn't have 360 games I don't think, at least last time I went they didn't. I will eventually get both. It's just which should I buy first?

get graw.....rent the outfit....Graw is nothing like the first few ghost recons...I couldn't stand them...the new one is much better.
