What is the deal with snipers?

Is it just me or does half of the freaking gaming population think they are awesome snipers...espcially in medal of honor on the pc (back in the day) dont get me wrong there are sick snipers out there and i kno what your thinking "im one of the true good snipers" maybe you are but be honest about

If you like to snipe and you ARE DEFFINATLY good at thats great for you but if you cant even make a few good kills dont make ur xbox live name super sniper or w.e

Yea man... I agree. Too many people come up with queer no creativity Gamertags. I don't think the "Sniper" is as bad as something to do with Halo, or Master Chief though. That got real old fast.

ya i wouldnt kno though i never played consoles online till 360 i used to be a p.c gamer and if anyone is wondering which is better its 360 lol but neway i mean nothing is wrong with likeing to snipe but all the people who think they are king of the world and are "born snipers" are so stupid

Come on guys were just playing games, if people like to use sniper rifles its cool with me and they are just expressing themselves with a sniper gamercard. Having a Sniper name is better than all these Yoda or Vader wannabe names you see.

In FPS I always prefer to snipe rather than run in gun-ho. Just how I am, I like to be silent and covert and kill from afar. Everyone has their own preferance, I team up with people that have different skills/Preferances and usually I take a sniper rifle if one is available. I have to be honest I am a good sniper, but it is becuase I have been practising and using that skill in most of my games (Team sniper level 30 on Halo 2).

I really hate the ones that are "The" then random adjective and noun. TheRedFlower, TheHairyTomato.

See i dont have a problem with that.....you are a good sniper and have the stats to prove it my problem is with the people who think they are and they are not
