More Visible Rules

I think that in light of all of the recent activity here at the forums, it's important that people know exactly what the rules are. To help with this I think that it would be a good idea to make the rules stand out more and be more accessible. Instead of being just (seemingly) randomly stickied in places like General Chat, XBOX 360 General, and maybe other unknown to me places, they could be stickied to the top of every forum. Maybe we could just have a link right there on the front page.

Honestly, before this little thing with the mods got me to search for the rules, I never realized some of them were there. For the most part they're common sense, but I had no idea that things such as Warez discussion was illegal.

Alright, that's great, but I'm saying that it should be more accessible. If I didn't know where the rules were, I wouldn't look in the General Chat or the XBOX 360 General forums. I would look in places like the new Infractions forum, Introductions, or even the Site News forum. Other people might think to look in other places or may even think that there are no real rules posted.
