but i am a concervative, and i dont like wal-mart. I dont like them because they bribe government officials to use and abuse property rights all over america. They use Imminant domain law to sieze property from homeowners who dont want to sell their lands. Imminant domain law is specifically for government use to have to give landowners fair market value of their homes/land if its NEEDED for public use, such as a prime spot for a firestation and things of that matter. Walmart bribes officials to claim " imminant domain", force the land owners out at sub market rates(with no choice in the matter) and then resell the land to walmart. They have done that quite a few times here in jacksonville.. I know you live here too, so go drive to atlantic and southside and you will see the "no walmart" signs everywhere if they are still fighting it. Otherwise, you will probably see the new walmart they wanted built. They forced out hundreds of people who didnt want to sell, all to make another SuperCenter. Sometimes superhuge companies step out of line. Thats one of the few times i ever see a need for government intervention.. but again, walmart has the government in its pocket, so nothing happends to it.

that is caused by what? corrupt politicians, so if you strip the government of this power it wont be a probblem any more. if you need a firehouse, everyone has a price and you can get what you want if you have the money which the government does
