it is off the agenda till at least 2008 the bill is dead for this session of congress. It was a bad bill, what they need to do is enforce the laws that exsist now. They did amnsesty in 1986 it did not work. Need to fund lae enforcement and start deporting the 12-20 million people living here illegally as the law states should be done. And also build border wall.

It was killed yesterday by 7 votes so the the bill is dead now. It won't appear again in this congressional session.

Was hoping that bill would pass, saw it didnt in paper this moring, shame.
was like 53-46 or something. 7 votes are going change alot of immigrants lives over there.

It is not a good bill if you really read through it. I wrote my graduate thesis on this subject of illegal immigration, amnesty is not the answer they did it in 1986 and that was not successful. Thing that needs to be done is to enforce the exsisting laws which were not really enforced, hence the problem we have now. Because you are not suppose to be here if illegal 12 -20 million illegal aliens is unacceptable thats an invasion in any other context. I am all for legal immigration, but not for illegal immigration.

the bill was a very bad bill. It didnt help anyone but the businesses that thrive on illegal's to work... u go hope for our distruction.. then u will see who will stand up in your defence. last time i checked, the muslims were getting caught pretty close to u trying to set off car bombs..

To be perfectly honest I don't feel the least bit sorry for the Illegals. They live off our taxes and don't pay a cent themselves. My Friends Uncle got killed by Illegal Immigrants because he was guarding the border and wouldn't let them through.
