Posts: 2,248 | it is off the agenda till at least 2008 the bill is dead for this session of congress. It was a bad bill, what they need to do is enforce the laws that exsist now. They did amnsesty in 1986 it did not work. Need to fund lae enforcement and start deporting the 12-20 million people living here illegally as the law states should be done. And also build border wall.

I wrote my graduate thesis on this subject of illegal immigration, amnesty is not the answer they did it in 1986 and that was not successful. Thing that needs to be done is to enforce the exsisting laws which were not really enforced, hence the problem we have now. Because you are not suppose to be here if illegal 12 -20 million illegal aliens is unacceptable thats an invasion in any other context. I am all for legal immigration, but not for illegal immigration.
