i believe i did read that it was nominated for some oscars...not that those stupid awards mean anything. |

Really good movie (the plot kinda jumps around a little) and it's also really great to see Val Kilmer making some good movies again.
On a side note..........has anyone ever seen "The Saint"? The beginning of that movie really makes me think that VK would be a great casting if they ever make the Splinter Cell movie. |

Posts: 448 | Into the Wild- 9.5/10 Some great acting from Emile Hirsch and a pretty good story too. Sean Penn needs to direct more films.
Fracture- 8/10 Anthony Hopkins gives a good performance in this crime/court room drama. Ryan Gosling wasnt bad either.
Dan in Real Life- 8/10 Seems like this a love it or hate it movie. I suppose i fall under the first category. I think Steve Carell would do better in more films like this. IMO kinda like what Stranger than Fiction was with Ferrell, its a different role for him but it works.

Ratatouille- 8/10 finally caught this one. Wasnt expecting much as i've hated the last couple of Pixar movies but this one was really good. I don't care if they are for kids Pixar makes some pretty damn good movies.

| | | 3:10 to yuma is a great watch and probably more enjoyable, but the 'hollywood' ending lets it down, overall Id say jesse james is better. | |

Posts: 2,812 | 3:10 was extremely good for me. I haven't seen Jesse James yet because I don't trust Alex's reviews..... he won't even watch Tombstone. |
