Sadly, I haven't stepped into the cinema since Transformers. And since everyone's already said enough about that, here's some flicks I've watched recently...
"Garden State" which is an absolute masterpiece that is truly the only movie my cynical self will ever consider touching, and furthermore funny and compelling as well. It's one of the most 'human' and naturalistic movies I've ever seen. 9/10
"Casino Royale" which I initially boycotted in protest of Daniel Craig. After finally seeing it, I dug it quite a bit. Gritty, tough, exciting watch. 7.5/10
"Pursuit of Happyness" tries very much to be a feel good movie, and succeeds in a lot of ways. Great performance by Will Smith and his son. Totally worth watching, unless you're heartless, in which case stay away. 7/10

Damn McFearson, I'm a huge movie buff (I own over a 100 DVDs and consider myself a bit of a movie maniac), but I have never seen Garden State and you're description of Garden State really made me feel like I'm a moron for not seeing it yet. I always heard it was good, but damn that description nailed it for me. I'm renting that mother****er tomorrow.

Oh, you have to see it. And don't feel bad, I hadn't seen it until around late last year, and I believe is was a 2004 or 2005 release. I saw it based on a resounding recommendation from a friend, and I can undoubtedly say it's in my top ten list.

HALLOWEEN 7/10 It was pretty good, and i like how it was pretty accurate to the original. 2 hours of vicious heartless killing Ending was pretty good too.

The last movie I saw was a gift, Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie for Theaters. It's not as good as the series. I would have liked a little more screen time for Carl. 6/10

The last movie i saw was the simpsons. I thought it seemed to have a little too familiar scenes, and the laughs were few, and far far between. I would give it a 7/10.

Balls of Fury- HORRIBLE! I don't even think I laughed once. I'm glad I got in for free or I woulda blown my stack. The only good part is that Maggie Q looks pretty damn good in it. The rest is ridiculous. 4/10 Only because Maggie Q looks real good playing PingPong!
I HATE those kind of movies, but Silent Hill was probably the only one of that type I could bare. There are some parts that made me say to myself, "Am I on drugs? WTF just happened?" Like where that lady doesn't make it into the Church in time and she got....well you know. I spit my damn drink out and said "WTF??!?!???!??!??!"
