Posts: 704 | Just got back from District 9. It was ****ing badass, one of the best movies I've seen in a while and quite possibly the best science fiction movie I have ever seen. Great performances all around even though there are virtually no known actors, which I think was a great decision. A very original story, and not to mention the weapons are totally badass. 9.5/10 Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers - 9.25/10 This is my first time seeing the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Watched the first one a few months back and wasn't too impressed. Don't get me wrong, I thought it was good, but I was expecting something so much more epic. Well I have to say the second one delivered and I am looking forward to checking out the third which I have heard is the strongest in the series. |

Posts: 1,176 | District 9 10/10....this damn movie better get some good awards it was GREAT! CG animation was sick. The interaction with people and CG was very clean. SICK BATTLE SCENE! Exploding people every where. It was a great movie...every one here should go see it right now...drop what you are doing and go.

Posts: 3,693 | plan 9 from outer space. i watched it on the xblive party thing. evidently, you can only pick movies of certain rating. this was the first one i came across that i could suggest. then i watched it by myself. it's dumb. very dumb. probably why it's considered the worst movie ever made. i wonder if that rating stands up against some of today's movies too.

Posts: 1,352   | The Killing Room - 7/10 Not so bad, it was a thriller.. about MK-ULTRA and what if it was still going around today. It had some decent actors, despite being a low budget film. V For Vendetta - 10/10 Alright. I don't always give a movie 10/10 but Man I can't believe I haven't seen this movie for like almost 4 years(since it came out) I remember wanting to see it, but never got a chance. Dude, it was so ****ing awesome. Not the typical super hero movie, it was more of a thriller/crime thing, with V having super hero aspects to him. Totally awesome. I recommend to anyone from the super hero nerd to an avid movie goer. The Princess Bride - 8/10 I'm a sucker for a good fantasy movie, and this was a good fantasy movie. A lot of my friends told me about it, and I never even heard about it. I downloaded it and watched it and ****. It was good. Andre the Giant is in it! and Fred Savage. Good movie. if you like fantasies. I recommend you check it out.

Posts: 6,849   | the beach - 9/10 this film is so amazing, i saw it in the cinema when i was 12 and have loved it ever since. the scenery is so beautiful that i think this would be an awesome adition to my blu ray collection...if only they'd release it! and the french chick is just off the ****ing scale as far as being hot goes
