Pet Peeves Thread

We all have those little things that annoy us to no end. For me, that could be people that can't distinguish between "your" and "you're" or "there" and "their". I thought making a thread for these might be fun. Hopefully it will gain some traction. If not, I managed to kill 5 minutes at work.

Anyway discuss your pet peeves here, whether they be 360 related or not, but being critical of other members, nationalities, etc will not be tolerated. We get enough of that juvenile crap in other threads.

Mine: I can't stand how the word "consistent" has become misused in sports. Rarely do you see an athlete or coach interview where they don't say "we have to be consistent". You just lost 8 games in a row...it doesn't get more consistent than that, douche bag.

I hate people who have there mobile phones on loud, they want people to see there getting messages and to feel special or something, god i hate the knobs.
Put it on Discreet like everyone else!

Seriously, I hate those bastards that turn on their turn signal a mile away from where they plan on turning. In Utah, we call this the "eventual turn". They slow down to 25-30 in a 45MPH zone for the entire mile then slowly turn into a subdivision or cross street like they were operating a ****ing river barge. On top of that I hate those people that punch it to make a right hand turn while you are barreling down the road at 40+ just to have them speed up a touch and go 30MPH. Even worse the people that pass you, merge back in front of you, and slow down.

When people say libery instead of LIBRARY. The way my grandma eats. When girls do their eyelashes and they are all clumped together to form like 10 or so groups. I'm kinda OCD so when crap is just everywhere I freak and get it all nice and tidy, if not I can't sleep good! Many others that I will continue to edit when I remember them.

I hate when people take a crap on some bread and make a sandwich out of it, then put it in airseal bags, and put it in a drawer of your desk. only for you to open it up later thinking its fine cause of it being odour free, then BAM!

i hate nextel phones, and the people who feel the need to have their speaker on max when they use them, usually in a restaurant, or in walmart, to make sure everyone can hear their conversation, full knowing they can turn off that speaker, and use the feature as if they were on the phone.

and if you live in PA, and some guy slaps the phone out of your hand for doing this, it was me. anywhere in PA, i'm that guy. i WILL slap your ******* phone outta your ******* hand.

maybe some better managerial skills toward your co-workers might make your working environment a little friendlier.

When I had a Nextel I only used the walkie talkie thing when I was outside and only if it was a quick question such as "Can you pick me up some cookies?" ALSO I MUST ADD--- I HATE when you're talking to someone and then their phone rings, then they completely forget about you, and talk to that person for however long. It's ridiculous, IM HERE IN FRONT OF YOU!

speaking of mobile phones i hate it when somebody answers their phone and then shouts down it, as if the microphone is so **** that it cant pick up your voice unless you yell. this is the 21st century god dammit!! lower your mother****ing voice!!! who even needs a phone when they are gonna shout that loud?!?!!

i also hate when people don't say thanks when you hold the door open or them

and my 3rd main pet peeve is when people don't give you enough space, for example when you're at a cash machine and some ****er is stood like 5cm behind you.....HELLO!!! A LITTLE PRIVACY PLEASE?!?!

this is gonna be my new rant thread, every time someone does something that really eats away at me i'm gonna post it in here
