so, when someone answers your question...how are you going to cite them as a source?
don't all speakers basically work the same? take a signal, change it to an electrical impulse, and the speaker somehow vibrates to reproduce the sound? speakers are pretty simple...a cone, magnet, and something. did you check out any websites, like sound and vision or home theater magazines (might be mags, but they might have useful articles at least)? or links to brand named speakers, like b&w? |

Posts: 2,681 | here are a couple sites i found using that new fangled interweb thing...hope they help: Loudspeakers Science Project: ESL electrostatic stereo speakers (these are electrostatic speakers...but it tells you how to build them, and it was someone's science project) Quarter Wavelength Loudspeaker Design
you know, it was kind of hard to find a website that spoke about speakers, rather then trying to sell them or review them. not sure if any of those are any good. but that firs site there looks promising. |
