Perfect Dark (64) is the best game eva! Then comes Rainbow Six 3 Black Arrow... Goldeneye for the 64, hmmm then Command and Conquer Red Alert 2.

I have to say Guildwars at the moment

Best multiplayer game : Halo: Combat Evolved
Best singleplayer game : Fable (or Jade Empire)

Btw FF series rule (i loved IX)

So many, but if to choose:

PC: Civilization II (Plain old strategy awesomeness)
Series: FF VII and up (I'm too young for the ones prior to VII)
Single Game: Goldeneye. Mmm, the Halo of the N64/Playstation era.
