Posts: 16  |  I can't wait So I sold my xbox earlier this year....mad...but I am getting the new one on release day. The question is...do I buy a cheap xbox to fill the gap? Is the Live account portable to the xbox360? Thoughts and suggestions welcome. Bones |

Posts: 722  | From what I've seen and read your current Xbox Live account will be transfered over to the 360's Gold account with your gamertag when the system is launched. I myself haven't seen anything official about this from MS, but this is what everyone seems to be saying at the moment.
