i have been haveing a problem on my aol it keeps saying aol has encountered a problem like every 5 min has any other aol user had this problem

Yes have had that before you are going to most likely have to reinstall AOL in order to get back up and running, most likely something corrupted in your current AOL files. So iw ould just reinstall over the old version and your problem should be fixed will take you less then 1o minutes as long as you have aol disc if not you can get them at walmart for free in electonics section.

i have the same problem, but i just put the box down by the start bar, it doesnt even affect aol if you dont click close.

Thats odd, Its fine for me on my mac, but that accasionally happens on my moms vaio
