Lets keep this 360 related in some way people

I see a lot of spamming at night by people that appear to be bored. I am really getting tired of this because I came here orginally for news about the 360. I see a lot of posts being opened when they are already covered. I know that we are getting new people and that there is nothing that we can do about repeat questions. I do know that if you took the time you could find out a lot by looking back in the forum and probably find out whatever it is you want to find out. I know I sound sort of bossy but I really would like 360 NEWS not people being bored and looking for something to do.

Please respect that others are on this site to find out about the 360 not to know that you are bored and looking for something to do.

All the questions we have are already answered, we post againto keep this place going, otherwise there will be only 40 threads in the whole forum. Im sure when the x360 arrives, the forum will be full of people making new threads

Really we are waiting for MS to give some news. We have so many questions and thats it.

Well you're right, this site is struggling right now, but I think as soon as Matt gets the new mods here we can perhaps go back to that spam-free place where we can talk about the 360 in peace.

even though, its not are fault. News should be flowing with in the 26 days we have left. But until something shocking or rage fest. We will always be bord. Every one gets bord of the wait. But stuff will start happening in mid NOV.

The site is currently going through a slow stage - it happens to all forums, and seeing as the US launch of the 360 is less than a month away topics will speed up and more members will join soon. As far as spam and off-topics posts are concerned, this forum has far less than alot of boards I can name. For example, one gaming board I used to post on had over 3x the ammount of posts in it's other section than in the gaming forum. The only gaming threads that seem to get any real attention are about the PSP. Planet Xbox 360 is no-where near as bad, and I doubt it will get like that, so there is nothing to worry about. More threads will appear closer to launch.

People seem to forget that these forums are for a console that isn't even released yet, and we already have nearly 1,000 members, over 25,000 posts etc etc.

This place will explode once the console is actually released and people have something to say about it. I think we are doing really well. You will stuggle to find bigger forums that are new, and are solely dedicated to the 360.

As for the SPAM, the new mods will help with this in a big way. but as people have already been said - there is far less here than you will find elsewhere.
