A. No, not of the same offer - it's limited to one per customer. The system just won't allow you to buy two or more of one product. A. It's £1.50 per transaction for standard orders for the UK*, so you can fill your basket up with other goodies around the site and not pay more than that. However, be careful not to dally too long with an offer in your basket or you could miss out on your bargain! UK delivery is free on orders over £100. Q. In all the excitement I ordered something I don't want! What can I do?
A. No problems, just take it into any GAME store with the receipt or return it to us with the postage label provided for a refund within 10 days! First you'll need to get a Returns Authorisation Code - which is nice and easy - simply phone our Customer Services team on 0870 750 2743 (from Monday at 9am) or use our Online Support Form.
Terms apply. Q. I pressed the buy button, but when I went to checkout, my basket just vanished and the site pushed me back to the front page. What happened?
A. An order is not accepted by the system until you complete checkout - pressing the "Buy" button alone does not complete an order or earmark you a unit of stock. That's why, if you want something, you need to finish the process ASAP rather than leaving an item in your basket - otherwise someone else will have it! Q. Any tips for getting through the checkout quicker?
A. Well if you have set up an account you can have certain details pre-filled on the checkout if you log in. If you don't have a Membership Account you can set one up here. Who knows, it may help get you a few seconds head-start! Q. Do I still get Reward Points?
A. Of course you do, as long as you're a Reward Member. Q. Reward Member?
A. Essentially it means we give you money back on everything you spend, and who could say no to an offer like that? You can become a Reward Member almost instantly by going here!
