Posts: 7 | 4-my-xbox Customer Service Has Anyone Had To Deal With C/s For Their 360 I Sent Mine In After Repeatedly Freezing Requiring Me To Turn Off Manually I Sent In My Premium Console Only To Get In Return A Core System I Called Them Up And Told Them Of My Problem But The Dude Who Answered Was Beating Around The Bush Saying **** Like Well Would You Rather Have A Premium Console That Doesn't Work Or A Console That Does I Said I Wanted What I Paid For Initially And He Kept Up With His Antics And Said If I Wasn't Call Back Later I Told Him Ok Man I'm Gonna Be Calling Back Tommorrow He Was Like Ok. So I Called The Next Day Got A Bunch Of Sorry's And **** Spoke To A Supervisor She Told Me Since The First Agent Who Helped Me Told Me To Send Nothin In But The X360 (no Hdd/cables Etc..) That The Repair Center Handled It As A Core I Said It Was Bull She Was Like Sorry Nuthin I Can Do I Was Like F#ck That **** So I Called The Next Day Spoke To New Ppl And He Was Cool He Was Like I Understand You Know Sorry You Should Get A Premium Back Send In The Console With The Hdd And We'll Send You A Premium With A Hdd Iwas Like Cool Ok. Waited The 8 Days Or So W/o An X360 Received The New One Low And Behold A Core Version With A Hdd Wtf Iwas Furious Called Them Up Immediately The Supervisor I Spoke To Then Was Like You Know I'm Very Sorry But Since You Initially Sent In A Console W/o A Hdd We Are Treating It As A Core System Iwas Like F All That I Paid For A Premium That Is What I Deserve Back. She Was All I'm Sorry Nuthin I Can Do I Gave Her A Big Ol' Guilt Trip She Was Like U Know Call Tommorrow Durin Regular Hours So I Did And They Sounded Convincing That They Were Gonna Fix This Problem. That Was Last Thursday 2/2/06 She Had Said They Were Gonna Send It To Me Along With A Return Label To Send In The Current 360 Which I Forgot To Mention But Is Broke And Can't Go Online. She Said I Should Receive No Later Than Tuesday 2/7/06 Came Home No Notice From, Ups Iwas Gonna Call Them But They Beat Me To It Asked If There Has Been A Resolution I Told Her I Thought But I Didn't Receicve My Pkg. She Was Like Sorry Bout That (notice: A **** Load Of Sorry's Don't Correct The Problem) Let Me Set It Up To Get You A Return Pkg. So We Can Send You Your Premium Console I Told Her I Was In The Impression That It Was Taken Care Of On Thursday She Said No One Had Processed Anything I Shared My Displeasure With The Situation She Offered Me A Free Wireless Controller I Was Like Yea Okay But I Need A Console To Play It With. So Today Wed. 2/8/06 I Received A Call Form Some Guy From 800-4-my-xbox And He Said He Was Calling To See If There Has Been Resolvement And I Told Him Spoke To A Lady Last Night He Was Like Really? There Is Nuthin Logged Here Told Him Yea She Offered A Free Wireless Controller He Said I Have Nothing On My Cpu Stating This Call Me Later So I Can Find Out What Happened Gave Me An Ext# To Get A Hold Of Him Called Back And They Told Me They Don't Transfer Calls Now This Wasn't The First Time I Heard This Why Give Ext#'s If You Can't Get Transferred When I Finally Got To Get Somone To Get Me Thru The Said He Was Gone For The Day So Now I Must Wait Another Day Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrgggggghhhhh!!!!! So Frustrating! Has Anyone Had A Run Around Like This. Sorry To Dump This On Y'all I Needed To Vent Out A Little.
Ps.keep All Information Written Down Old Serial #'s Ppl U Talk To Reference #'s Everything The Only Reason I'm In A PoSition To Get What I Paid For Is Because I Still Have My Original Serial # Premium Pkg Bithces!!
