I'd say luck plays a big part. The DS I purchased had a damaged screen on launch day, so I asked for a new one from Amazon, and it was fine. Generally I find Nintendo products to be of mostly sturdy quality. So I believe it was a case of bad luck on my part.

Max: Just because a website is a fansite of a particular console, doesn't necessarily mean that its packed with fanboys. Look at N-Philes for instance. One of the longest running one-console fansites, with limited fanboyism. I'm all for liking a console for its strengths. But disliking the competition purely because they're competition is, in my opinion taking it too far.

As for the genius comments. I find them very patronising. Could you please stop?

Yes this is a fanboy orentated site you just learn to ignore it their are worse out their and ones that arn't as bad. but thats the life of a multiplatform gamer not all people are like us and play multiplatform and accept compertion ect but that how it goes.

No. But N-Philes happens to be one of the most respected, biggest and longest running fansites on the internet. Therefore taking a page out of its book may be wise.

This isn't bad. I admit, I apologised. I jumped the gun. But like I said, I just don't like fanboys. Period. A fanboy is someone who hates another company purely because they're competition. They can't see all the good games on all the good systems. They're blind, and i've no time for that.
