Posts: 1,139    |  xbox games to buy for the 360 which 2 games to u guys think i should get? im thinkin myself halo2 and star wars republic commando. (thats f it comes on the 360). so wat do u guys ....and gamergurl lol think? P.S> who has played republic commando? and was it good? |

Posts: 722  | Republic Commando is a great single player Star Wars game, the on-line side is o.k. for a few minutes and then gets quite dull. The problem is not many play it and some of the levels are huge so there may only be four of you playing on a big multi-leveled map and you spend half your time wandering around looking for someone. It's good for a quick blast but has no reqal lasting appeal. The single player is certainly worth playing through though, but I'd rent it rather than buy it. Alternatives to Republic Commando I'd suggest are Rainbow Six Lock Down (out soon) or Far Cry.
