Wii Workout

I guess the Wii isnt just a game console now, its now ur own fitness trainer

Well, apparently this guy lost 9 pounds over the period of one month playing Wii Sports for 15 minutes each day. I wouldnt personally attribute it to the Wii cause exercising every day for about 20 mins is good for everybody, but its certainly is a nice idea to get in shape and have fun doin it.

If Wii can be defined as a form of exercise, then it is a sad sad day for the entire world. What a joke.

People need to get out of their damn houses. Go to the gym like I do. Play a bunch of basketball, run a lot, do situps, lift weights... Wii does about 2% of what those do, as far as weight loss goes. I don't care if this dude lost 9 pounds. I can almost guarantee you there was some other variable or factor in his ability to lose that weight.

i race motocross during the warmer month's and work out in the weight room at my skool every other day so i ithink that should cover me

whatever i bet hes sucking in. If he would get out of his house and do something he would lose a lot more weight.

Exactly. If this is what people will start considering their daily workout then they are missing out on much more. If you have the ability to workout for even 20 minutes a day, why the hell not maximize the potential and do the best workout possible? Don't play a damn game console to lose weight, do real aerobic, sweat inducing workouts.

Yeah, ur rite but at least hes doin somethin. There are a few people I know personally that just never go to a gym or even exercise cause its too boring for them but I guess thats just their choice. I used to be one of them in fact (back in the day)

i need to start working out as i am not the skinniest of people. dont get me wrong im hardly a Yokozuna but i wanna lose weight.

i wouldnt buy a Wii for it thought haha.

there is no way the wii can buff you up, what a spoof. i have to bust my butt in the gym 5 days a week with free weights to get gains. there is no way lifting a 3oz controller is going to get you ripped. anyway he dosnt look much better in the after pic.

bah.. i find the gym.. and well, any repetative exorcize boring.. it drives me nuts..

we need an exorcise program, like "carmen electra's strip tease" exept eventual nudity. You could use the eye-camera thing to track your movements to make sure your doing the exorcise correctly, and if you complete the course.. .well.. you know

i bet alot of "not in shape" 360 owners would magically lose weight
