Posts: 2,812 | Foolish Spartan, true racing fanatics have the wheel AND the ****pit!
I'm going to have to say that's a $600 setup (wheel and seat only). The Logitech G25 is about $300 USD and that racing seat probably runs $300 USD as well. Money well spent.

| | | £374.83. Thats $714.99 at the current exchange rate of 1.9075.
The way I look at it, I would spend that in a week if I was a cocaine addict. Plus you can't take it with you so I'm enjoying it while i'm still healthy.
Josh speaks the truth about being a racing fanatic. Bollocks to the sofa.
Oh and GT5 prologue urinates from a great height all over the bundled GT:HD.

Posts: 2,527 | wow. That is some serious hardware for gaming. is that seat one whole unit with all those attachments? or did you kind of fabricate it yourself? Either way, it's a pretty sweet looking set up you got there.
is your room usually that clean, or did you clean it up for the video? |

Then its just a matter of buying a proper steering wheel set to stick to it. I went for the G25 after Scotracers recommendation.
All that with GT5 on the PS3 is DANGEROUSLY addictive.

Posts: 3,184 | My copy of the Prologue was sent out late by Play.com (Sony, the bastards, were late on shipping it to them) but I played it at the weekend at my mates so have played a fair bit. I will do a sim-racer's opinion review of it this week.
So far: EPIC. |

Thats exactly where I got it from, but I got 10% off because I threatened to burn their houses down. I got the G25 from them too.
